Symptoms of Menopause

Symptoms of menopause are a natural response to changing hormone levels that occur during peri-menopause and menopause. Some symptoms are very obvious—others are subtler. They all can be confusing however, so we have created the following checklist to help you evaluate the severity of your hormonal imbalance.
